Elected to the NYS Assembly in 2016, Assemblyman Billy Jones, represents the 115th District, comprised of Clinton and Franklin counties, as well as the towns of Brasher, Hopkinton, Lawrence and Piercefield in St. Lawrence County. In addition, Assemblyman Jones serves a member of the North Country Economic Development Council.
